Shipping

Where do you ship your clothing from?

Our warehouse is based out of London, UK.

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders placed before 2pm (GMT) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Can I track my order?

We offer tracking on all orders from the date of dispatch. After you have placed your order, you'll receive a UPS tracking number to see where your parcel is.

How much is shipping in the UK?

We offer a next day service on all orders for £6. Orders above £100 will qualify for free shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to 195 countries. All international orders over £100 will qualify for free shipping.

The only exception is Russia. Currently, we cannot ensure seamless delivery to Russian citizens, so we do not offer this service. However, we are trying our best to make sure we can offer our products to customers in Russia in the near future.

How long does delivery usually take and what can we expect for shipping costs?

We offer a range of services for international shipments - including next day and economy. For more details, head to checkout and we'll calculate the time and price for each option based on your order.

Please keep in mind that in some countries, clearing customs might affect timings.

What are the duties or taxes I have to pay?

The cost of customs, duties and taxes are regulated and issued by your government. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these fees as they are beyond our control. Please check with your local office to determine what the charges will be.

Orders

Can I get my order expedited?

Absolutely! We offer expedited shipping to most destintations, where we aim to deliver within 1-2 business days (from date of dispatch). Exact shipping times and prices are calculated at checkout.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

For now, you can only use one per order.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

If you wish to cancel, please email care@ruhcollective.com with the subject line “CANCEL ORDER” along with your Order Number [e.g. CANCEL ORDER: 012345].

If you wish to edit your order, please email care@ruhcollective.com with the subject line “AMEND ORDER” with your Order Number [e.g. AMEND ORDER: 012345].

Our fulfillment center processes orders immediately, so we cannot guarantee your order is cancellable or editable but we will certainly try our best. In the event that your order has been processed, all purchases can be returned (see our returns policy below).

My package has not arrived yet...

Not to worry. Sometimes parcels are held up by a local customs officer. If it has been 7 days or more since the date of dispatch, please email us at care@ruhcollective.com and we’ll find out where your parcel is.

Returns

What is your return policy?

All purchases may be returned within 30 days.

For UK orders over £100, customers can simply affix the prepaid returns label included in their package and either schedule a pick up via calling UPS or drop the package off at their local UPS Access Point (find the nearest one here).

We do not cover shipping costs for international returns or UK orders below £100. You may use a carrier of your choice, although we recommend you opt for a tracked service to ensure your items arrive in our warehouse. Please send your item(s) to:

Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. The hangtag MUST be on the garment when returned. Refunds may only be issued to the original credit card on file, and there will be a £3 restocking fee for customers not participating in our Home Try-On service.

What if my items are damaged or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact care@ruhcollective.com with a photo of the damaged or incorrectly shipped item, as well as your order number. We will review the item, and may ask you to send it back to us at no added expense to you. We’ll be sure to send a replacement - free of charge - as soon as your email/item has been reviewed and approved.

How long does it take to process my return?

After the item has arrived in our warehouse, please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.

I can't find my return label?

If you have lost/misplaced the return label your RŪH order arrived with, email care@ruhcollective.com and we will take care of you.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges just yet. To replace an item with a different size or colour, we ask that you return your order for a full refund and place a new order for your desired item.

Home Try-On

What is home try-on?

We know that finding the perfect modest fit is hard - especially when you're shopping online. We want to change this by allowing you to get up close and personal with RŪH clothing with minimal effort and financial commitment.

When you choose home try-on, we give you the chance to pick your favourite three items to wear in front of your favourite mirror - for only £3. We'll send your order for next day delivery free of charge.

You'll have three business days to try on the clothes. Keep what you love, and return the rest (returns are also free!). We'll charge your card for any items you wish to keep. It's that simple.

Do you offer home try-on for international orders?

At the moment we only offer Home Try-On for UK Customers. We're hoping to introduce this service to a few more countries in the future. If you're particularly keen, please e-mail us at care@ruhcollective.com - the more interest we have, the more likely it is we'll introduce home try-on in your country.

How does payment work?

At the time of purchase you agree to pay the £3 as our minimum fee for the service, and that you are capable of paying the full amount should you keep (or damage) all three garments. To ensure this, your bank will create a 'pending' payment for the total, though this won't be charged until the home try-on process is complete and the final amount is known. This will not affect your bank balance, but it will be shown in your 'available balance'.

Can I combine a normal purchase with Home Try-On?

At the moment we cannot offer both options. If you'd like to purchase an item as well as do home try-on, we recommend you place two orders. We'll do our best to best to send your parcels together!

How do I return home try-on items?

We'll insert a pre-paid returns label into your order. You can either call UPS to schedule a pick-up from your preferred location, or take your parcel to a UPS Access Point (find your nearest branch here)

Can I use a discount code on home try-on orders?

Unfortunately not. You will be charged the full amount for any items you desire to keep.

My 3 try-on days coincide with a weekend - now what?

No worries. We only count business days. Send it back on Monday if you received your package on Thursday, or on Tueday if you received your package on Friday.

What's the catch?

No catch - we just strongly believe it should be easier to shop online for modest clothes.

We do ask, however, that all items be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Please be aware that if items are deemed otherwise, we will charge you the full amount for the affected item(s).

How do you ensure your factories are ethical?

We personally visit every factory we work with. We only partner with companies that: 1) comply with local health and safety regulations, 2) pay a fair, and livable, wage to all employees, 3) provide legal documentation for all employees.

Are your fabrics GOTS certified?

Our Batwing Tunic and Shirtdress are GOTS certified organic cotton.
